Over the past five years, we have increased our budget allocation for social impact by 97.4%. In 2020, the figure increased roughly by 50% in relation to 2019's.
We spearheaded and joined more than 50 projects, benefitting more than 300,000 people indirectly and more than 100,000 directly.

Sacyr Foundation

The Sacyr Foundation was created in 2008 to expand our social engagement. The Foundation allows us to contribute more effectively to the wellbeing and development of the environment of the places where we execute our projects. It features two main areas of activity: promoting innovation and social action.

The Foundation conducts its activity in line with the purposes established in its bylaws. Based on the degree of need and urgency of aid, it aims to achieve a regional balance while prioritizing projects in our field of influence. The Foundation’s charitable efforts never lose sight of the balance between budget and technical/financial strength.

Corporate Volunteer Club

In 2019, the Sacyr Foundation created the Corporate Volunteer Club. Today, the Club consists of more than 300 volunteers around the world who help launch social and environmental projects. Its goals include: improving the world around us, promoting greater sensitivity and motivation among the workforce, and forging a bond with the company that goes beyond daily functions.
