We promote sports both inside and outside the company

Our history is inseparable from sports. We promote all disciplines in any field because rising to a challenge is in our DNA.

We especially support Spanish handball in particular. Since 2015, we sponsor the male and female Spanish national teams. We also sponsor paratriathlete Dani Molina, three-time Paralympic world champion; and the swimming club Madrid Bears, which puts its swimmers at the core of the project.

Our people are our greatest asset. In 2015, we created the Sacyr Sports Club, where all our employees can enjoy activities that promote team spirit and a healthy lifestyle.

Dani Molina is a paratriathlete, and the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Paratriathlon World, European and Spanish Series Champion.
His great next challenge are the 2024 Paris Olympics. This is the first time he will be able to compete in the Olympic games.

We promote the Madrid Bears swimming club, in which the swimmer is the driver and main focus od the club.
A young team of swimmers self-manages the club, which allows them to balance their academic life with high-performance sports.

We promote sporting values

We encourage our collaborators to practice sports to promote a healthier lifestyle and also as a teambuilding activity and to foster a sense of belonging.

Since its creation in 2015, the Sacyr Sports Club has developed more than 60 different activities, with the participation of more than 1,000 employees. Football, golf, races, hiking or padel are some of these group activities in which our colleagues demonstrate their talent, comradery and spirit of achievement.
