Strategic Plan           2021-2025

Our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan focuses on sustainability and P3 contracts to completely fulfill the company profile redefinition that Sacyr successfully carried out with the 2015-2020 Plan.

The company prioritizes the P3 business model that affects the entire infrastructure value chain: from bidding, designing, and financial close to building, operating, and maintaining the asset. Two robust Construction and Services divisions contribute to this strategy.

The new Strategic Plan positions Sacyr as a market leader with a sustainable and innovative value proposition. Through the 2021-2025 Sustainable Sacyr Action Plan, the company is committed to fighting climate change and aims to be carbon neutral by 2050. Sacyr will increase its investment in environmental protection by 50% and double its investment in innovation by 2025.  

The 2021-2025 Plan promotes internal talent and the development of the societies where Sacyr operates, per the UN 2030 Agenda.
